Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from royal-floors-l.myshopify.com you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts.

2. Products & pricing

Product images, samples and color renderings are representative; natural materials such as hardwood and stone vary. We reserve the right to change prices, specifications and availability without notice. Order acceptance occurs only when a confirmation email is sent.

3. Orders, payment, taxes

Orders are processed in USD. Sales tax is collected based on shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you on carrier delivery. Inspect freight pallets before signing the BOL.

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply per the product spec sheet. Royal Floors provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on uninstalled material.

6. Intellectual property

All content, logos, photographs and product descriptions are the property of Royal Floors or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
